Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover.  We also accept Paypal and Google Pay.

 

Q: How can I contact you about my order?

Q: How long will it take for me to receive my order?

A: Please allow 10-14 business days after your order is placed before contacting us about your order.  But shipping can be up to 3 weeks for some items. 

 

Q: My discount code isn't working what can I do?

 A: Please email your issue to closeculturestore@gmail.com with “discount code” as the subject.

 

 Q: How long does it take to get a response to my email?

 A: All emails are answered within 24-48 business hours.

 

Q: I requested a refund, how long does it take?

A: All refunds are processed within 24 hours and is return via the method of payment that was used at check out.  Check with your financial institution as to how long the process takes to be returned to your account.

 A: Our Headquarters is in Omaha, Nebraska.

 

Q: What are your hours of operation?

A: We are available Monday-Saturday 9 am CST-7 pm CST.
